3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Jojobeti is strictly for adults — the minimum age is 18. Anyone under this age is prohibited from using the platform. We may request government-issued ID to verify your age at any time.

Eligible users:

• Have an active bKash / Nagad / bank account registered in your own name
• Are legally entitled to place bets online
• Have not previously been permanently banned from jojobeti

Ineligible individuals:

• Anyone under 18 years of age
• Jojobeti employees or their immediate family members
• Affiliate partners and their employees
• Individuals who have self-excluded as compulsive gamblers

4. Deposits & Payments

• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds remain fixed regardless of any subsequent changes

Live Betting Special Terms:

• If your connection drops during a live bet, the bet may not be accepted
• Live odds change by the second — always review the odds before confirming your bet
• Jojobeti reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error

Event Cancellation & Postponement:

• If an event is fully cancelled, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are refunded
• If an event is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, bets will be considered void
• Pre-match bets on events that start after the scheduled time are generally considered valid

7. Bonus & Promotions

Please read the following terms before using any bonus or promotional offers on jojobeti:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry period
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless specifically permitted)
• Withdrawals cannot be made using bonus funds until the wagering requirements have been met
• Jojobeti reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account and any associated bonuses may be cancelled

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jojobeti and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Misusing bonuses or promotions (including bonus arbitrage)
• Betting with third-party funds or placing bets on behalf of someone else
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to defraud or harm other members
• Treating jojobeti staff in a disrespectful or abusive manner

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Jojobeti reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation, immediately
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• For investigation of suspicious financial transactions
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, a withdrawal will be offered unless an investigation is ongoing.

Users may also request account closure at any time — send an email to support and the process will be completed within 24 hours.
